This page summarises the French version, which is the only binding text.
- For business clients only. Each assignment is set out in a signed quote, which prevails over these terms.
- Fixed prices, written in the quote before work starts; never billed by the hour. VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
- Pilot and projects: 30% deposit on signature, balance on delivery of the Delivery Passport. Subscription billed monthly or yearly. Payment by bank transfer within 30 days.
- Subscription: six-month commitment, then month by month; two months free with annual payment.
- Best-efforts obligation. Every new task starts as a draft that your team approves, and the assistant introduces itself as an AI.
- Personal data: a data processing agreement (GDPR article 28) is signed before any processing.
- You keep your data. If you leave, you take your data, settings and documentation with you.
- Liability limited to direct damage, capped at the amount paid for the assignment over the last twelve months.
- French law; courts of Paris.
