Price
A fixed fee, written in the quotation before work starts. Never billed by the hour. Net prices: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
AI-Ready Audit
Its €490 is deducted from a pilot signed within 60 days.
After the pilot
No obligation to continue. After six weeks, you decide on the time saved, measured in your business.
Payment
Pilot: a 30% deposit invoice on signature, the balance on delivery of the Passport. Subscription: invoiced at the start of each month, or yearly. Electronic invoices, paid by bank transfer within 30 days.
Subscription
Six-month commitment, then monthly. Two months free with annual payment.
Your tools
You keep them. The AI employee connects to them; bookkeeping stays with your accounting software.
Your data
Only the data the task needs is processed. It is listed in the transparency sheet, with the hosting location, chosen with you.
With your clients
The assistant introduces itself as an AI. Your team takes over as soon as a human answer is useful.
Control
Every new task starts in draft mode: the AI prepares, your team approves. A switch stops the AI employee at any time.
Delivery
The Delivery Passport, eight documents, handed over with every pilot and every project, kept up to date during the subscription.
If you leave
You leave with your data, your settings and the documentation. The reversibility plan provides for it from delivery.

When can we start?

Whenever you wish. For an accounting firm, a pilot signed before mid-December can run during the tax season: we do most of the set-up, your team only approves.

How much time will we save?

We do not announce it in advance. At scoping, we measure the time the task takes you today; at the review, the time saved after six weeks. You decide on your own figures.

Our accounting software already adds AI. What is the difference?

Your software improves your software. We take on a whole task, between your tools and your clients, and keep it running over time: monitoring, updates, monthly measurement.

Is professional confidentiality respected?

It applies. Only the data needed for the task is processed; it is listed in the transparency sheet, with the AI models used and the hosting location. The data processing agreement (article 28 of the GDPR) is signed before any processing; the register and the list of subprocessors are part of the Passport.

Who provides the follow-up, and what if 17RECORDS is no longer available?

You have a single point of contact, from the first call to the monthly follow-up. The Passport’s technical sheet (architecture, access, backups) and the reversibility plan describe how to stop cleanly and recover your data, your settings and your access.
