Division of tasks

Who does what.

The AI employee takes on what repeats. Your team keeps what needs an accountant.

Common questions

What you will want to know before signing.

Another question? Ask it during the twenty minutes.

Request a call

“Is professional confidentiality respected?”

Yes. Only the data the task needs is processed.

It is listed in writing in the transparency sheet before we start, together with the AI models used. Hosting is chosen with you, within the European Union when the data requires it. The data processing agreement (GDPR article 28), which binds us to confidentiality, is signed before any processing.

“How much time will my team need to spend on it?”

Two hours to start, then about one hour a week.

We do the set-up. Your team joins a twenty-minute call and a two-hour scoping session, grants the access needed, then spends about one hour a week reviewing the message templates and approving the first messages. The week-by-week plan is on the Method page.

“What if it does not work for us?”

You stop at the review, owing nothing more.

How long the task takes is measured before we start, then at six weeks. At the review, you choose to carry on with the subscription or to stop. If you stop, you pay nothing beyond the pilot and you keep your data, your settings and the Passport.

“Do you already have accounting-firm clients?”

No published case study yet.

The first will come from the three founding firms, with their written consent. In the meantime, you can check how we work: the sample Passport and our security answers, on the Method page. And the pilot ends with a review: you stop if the result does not suit you.

“How much does it cost?”

The pilot: €2,400, fixed price.

For the three founding firms, it is €1,200. If you carry on, the operated subscription costs €390 per month on the Essential plan (one process, one channel), €790 per month on the Pro plan (several processes and channels). No billing by the hour. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

“What are we committing to?”

The pilot. The subscription only if you choose it.

The pilot lasts six weeks, at a fixed price. The subscription never starts on its own: you choose it at the review. It then runs for six months, then month by month. With annual payment, two months are free.

“Do we need to change software?”

No.

The AI employee works with your accounting software, your email and the storage you already use. On the first call, we check that your tools allow it; if they do not, we tell you.

“What if 17RECORDS is no longer around tomorrow?”

Your data, your settings and the documentation stay yours.

The Passport includes a reversibility plan and a technical sheet (architecture, access, backups) for your IT provider: they describe how to stop cleanly and recover your data, your settings and your access.
