What we do

Why “operated”.

Accounting software is adding AI to its products, and that is good news for firms. But software does not plug itself into your emails, your habits or your clients’ habits.

That is what we bring: installation on your tools, monitoring month after month, full documentation and someone accountable. The day an AI feature becomes free in your software, all of this will still be useful.

In French, English and Turkish. Every change goes through automated security and accessibility checks, in light and dark mode, before it is merged.
Live
Our server
Hosted by OVH in Strasbourg. Reinstalled and hardened on 10 October 2026: key-only login, firewall, blocking of repeated attempts, automatic security updates. Its admin panel is not exposed to the internet.

The quality baseline
The checks shared by our published projects: scanning code for secrets, security analysis, dependency audits, accessibility tests, generated legal pages. Applied to this website since 12 October 2026.

Speaking practice in French, English and Turkish. Your voice is analysed in the browser and never sent to the server. For the coach, only the transcribed text goes to the AI you choose, with your own key.

Every decision that commits 17RECORDS is recorded with its date and its reason. Here are some extracts, as they apply to you.

We do not do your bookkeeping.
Your software already does it. We take on what surrounds it: reminders, first-line client contact, onboarding new clients.
A fixed price, never billing by the hour.
You know the price before we start, and it does not depend on our hours.
Every new task given to an AI starts as a draft.
A person approves every output. Autonomy only comes after around twenty approved runs with fewer than 5% corrections, and only for reversible actions.
Prices, deadlines, commitments, deletions and payments remain human decisions.
Anything that commits your firm, or cannot be undone, is never left to an AI.
Every AI component must be replaceable.
Models change fast; your process must not depend on any one of them.
No fake references, no invented figures.
A client is only named on this site with their written consent.
We refuse spam, misleading content, employee surveillance and replacing staff without support.
These are our red lines, whatever the project.
